Processing Time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons, however, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Tracking Code via email, enabling you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Schedule

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, year-round, excluding weekends and public holidays. While we aim for swift processing, some orders may experience delays due to stock shortages, incomplete order details, or payment verification issues. Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped the following Monday or the next business day.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We proudly offer free standard shipping for all orders, using trusted carriers such as DHL eCommerce, FedEx Economy, UPS Ground, UPS Standard, TNT Economy Express, or local postal services. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.

If you require a specific shipping method, we can accommodate your preferences for an additional fee based on your chosen carrier or service.
